The first time i picked up a guitar, was because my boyfriend handed it to me & taught me 4 chords. I played it for a week and gave up. It hurt my fingers way too much. I was 17 then. 9 years later, i decided to play the guitar once again. And i have been at it for almost 2 weeks. My fingers still hurt, but I am not giving up that easily this time. Time has toughened my fingers!! haha The callouses are forming, i can't feel much at my finger tips now.. and i just learned to play The Scientist -- which isn't as hard as i thought it will be. And its so amazing how time flies when i am playing the guitar. its easy to get all obsessed with it. Seriously. I spent the whole of sunday on it, and when i get back from lab during the week, i would be at it after dinner. Even watching Lost isn't that interesting anymore.I don't even know why i am writing about this. Its kinda boring on retrospect.
BTW, i am sad that we could not get affordable tickets for the recent coldplay concert at San Jose. I would have so loved to be there. I like Coldplay so much, i love their music and really, how can anyone not like it?
